Daniel Berger, Partner & Associate Broker of NAI Commercial Partners, Inc. has been active in all facets of commercial real estate since 1983, including sales and leasing, investment, land development and consulting. Over the past five years, Mr. Berger has been involved in over $100 million in transactions and has represented companies such as Pepsi Co., Swatch Group (US), Inc., M&T Bank, Yellow Freight and many locally owned and operated businesses.

Dan is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a B.S. in Aeronautic Studies. He has earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation as well as the SIOR (Society of Industrial Office Realtors) designation. He has served on the Board of Directors for the C & I Council and received the Commercial & Industrial Member of the Year award in 2005 in recognition of achievement within the field of commercial and industrial real estate, and for service and contribution to the profession.

Mr. Berger is also a member of the Lancaster Association of Realtors and served as past President of the M. Elvin Byler Memorial Sertoma Club, a club in which he is still active in their local charitable endeavors.
