Joe Spagnola is a Partner at NAI Commercial Partners, Inc. Mr. Spagnola was one of the three principals of Penn Partners Commercial Real Estate LLC prior to merging that business with NAI Commercial Industrial Brokers Inc. in January, 2007 to form the present company.
Mr. Spagnola's practice is focused on representing retailers, owners and developers of retail space with site selection, development, leasing and disposition of retail assets. He also provides general commercial brokerage and investment sales services. His primary area of concentration is Central Pennsylvania. Additionally, he is active in Maryland where he holds a Maryland commercial real estate license.
Mr. Spagnola began his commercial real estate career in 1989 and was voted Commercial Rookie of the year in 1990 by the York County Board of REALTORS. He holds the prestigious CCIM designation held by less than 6% of all commercial real estate practitioners. He holds a marketing degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He is an active member of the Retail Brokers Network and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Spagnola resides in York, PA with his wife Laurie Anne where she serves as President and CEO of The Children's Home of York.
